Vintage Notes
Dark blackberry in colour with purple hues. This wine exhibits aromas of blueberry, vanilla cake, cinnamon and nutmeg spice and chocolate shavings. The palate is full and luscious and is layered with flavours of blackberry, cranberry and Christmas cake. This wine has a firm fruit backbone and supporting, long tannins. A full bodied wine which has good length and is an excellent example of Barossa Shiraz from the 2006 vintage.
